Day 169

Got some sesame balls for breakfast with extra to share around... although no one wanted them and I couldn't give them away or eat all of them.
Work was a day of catching up and trying to work out what forms I need to fill out. Actually working was relegated to the last hour of work. My flights home appear to be sorted, albeit with a 6 hour layover in Vientiane, I don't think Laos does one day visas so i either have to pay $40 to walk around the city for a few hours or stay at the airport.
Went to a cafe during lunch to sell some things to a guy who had agreed to buy them, he previously said he would be around this week. When I asked for him I was told he is not here and he'll maybe be back next month? Fat load of good that will do if after the 8th.
Back at work, the task I set for yesterday had not been done, not that I expected it would. Eventually tracked down some information I wanted, not from academic journals, but from youtube.
For dinner we headed to the Italian restaurant with UTLG, The last volunteer, her mother and two tourist that somehow fitted into the equation. It was a nice atmosphere although I wasn't able to provide a detailed answer when asked where you can sauce opium from.
