Today I worked on.... something... I recall transferring files back and forth. Also trying to finish some posters for next week.
Just before lunch I was asked into a meeting with the department head. Turns out he wanted me to visit a coffee warehouse that I previously identified a pest beetle for. They wanted a follow up and wanted my advice on how to organically manage the pest.
So a car trip up to the boloven plateau was undertaken and I bluffed my way through the meeting and inspection. I will have to email around and see if there is anyone who can offer advice. They truly overestimate me. Pay peanuts get monkeys I guess.
Decided to have burger kong for dinner, which was closed again. So ended up have a burger at Daolin instead. On the way home I passed one of the education volunteers (different organisation), and ended up chatting away most of the night.
