Sleep in today before heading to a cooking and local for tasting course.
Started off with a Vietnamese pancake dish whereby the greasy oil container slipped through my hand catapulting batter at me. The rest of the lesson went better. Tried or made a range of dishes from rice paper roles to silkworm. Come back very full.
Next, after a rest, headed into city for some final shopping before exploring the city after sunset for the full moon festival. We were at first disappointed as very little was different to other night, eventually giving up and going to dinner. With seated at a balcony, a procession happened to pass under us before a flotilla of boats left leaving hundreds of candles in its wake. Couldn't have planned timing and location if we tried.
Headed back to hotel for tomorrow's early start.
