Day 39

Pump it up! The karaoke session next door is really kicking off now! It's either a wedding or a funeral sometimes it's hard to tell.
Spent today going through emails and working out what I need to do tomorrow for a scouting mission to find watermelon farms. Also brought a pair of scissors, so that was exciting.
Headed out for dinner with the standard crew where I learned the word I had been using for "I want" was actually "do you want?". I've been offering a lot of store holders their own wares.
Other highlights from today include buying a bag of ice (2000kip) to see how long my foam esky keeps cold and giving directions to a wayward tourist.
Also got given a table and stools by my landlord today, so much for buying a table.
Anyway better get back to listening to this freestyle karaoke session, looks like the kids have the microphone now.
