Spend today fixin up a survey and sorting through the mass of documents left by past volunteers, some good things here, shame no one can find any of it.
Got take away rice paper rolls for lunch and ate at home just for the sake of it. It was messy, eating out is cleaner.
In the afternoon I left early to go to Lao classes provided by the program. Surprisingly I knew a lot of it as the app on my phone i've been using to learn lao seems to have ripped off most of this organisations learning modules.
Went to the shops on the way home looking for a mouse pad with no luck. I have no idea where to get one.
Tried the carbonara tonight out of curiosity. it was....sweet and cheesy? I think they used a lot of UHT products and maybe condensed milk.
Ice bucket experiment yielded results of ice lasting about 8-10 hours but staying cold for about 24. I could spend 2000 kip a day to maintain milk if desired.
